Silicon Nitride
Silicon nitride(Si₃N₄): an inorganic material that is superhard, heat-resistant, and resistant to thermal shock. It is wear-resistant, self-lubricating, acid and alkali resistant, with excellent electrical insulation and low optical loss, making it a key material for high-end mechanical, electronic and photonic chips.
